It takes only a split second for someone to create a judgement about you based solely on how you look.  It is well worth a little extra time  to look in the mirror and make a true and objective determination about the image you want to project.  One of the most overlooked details is the eyebrow.

Let’s be clear here;  your eyebrows frame your face!  They accentuate your personality and either add dimention or distraction to your look.  The ungroomed brow can make you look dowdy, tired and even careless!  Finding the right shape and color takes a little extra time and effort.  If you are going to take the time to put makeup on your face… make the time to address your eyebrows.   And if you are one who prefers to go without makeup… it’s even more important to keep your brows shaped and well groomed!

Brows are created in a multitude of shapes, widths and lengths.  They also provide emphasis on your emotion or demeanor.  So choosing the right shape for you is as important as choosing your hair style and color.   If you are unsure of what brow style would be right for you, it’s best to clean up and enhance your natural shape.   It’s easy to do yourself if you have the right tools:  a good pair of tweezers, a magnifying mirror, a white or light colored eye pencil to mark out the brows you want to eliminate.

“Traditionally”, the shape of your brows should begin, arch and end following three simple guide lines.

Hi All!
October flew by and I hardly know where it went.
So much is happening it is hard to keep up… especially when things act up along the way to slow me down. I think this is on purpose and I’m being told to slow down just a bit… A computer outage for a little more than a week, and then connection problems, then a furnace outage put me more than two weeks behind. It made me realize that today we do so much by computer and internet. Whatever happened to picking up the telephone? It has become so easy to do business with a few clicks!
So I have decided to push back some events to give me more time to give them my all and still give the same to my clients and my family and friends.

At Kellogg Community College Life Learning Department, my first two classes were a great success! I have been asked to return to Campus next semester to teach again. I really love doing this and am really passionate about sharing what I know and empowering those who want to learn! Every TUESDAY at Choices Unlimited I am offering a “Psychic Energy Exercise Class” from 5:30pm – 6pm . Every TUESDAY from 6pm – 7pm at Choices Unlimited I am offering a GUIDED MEDITATION for a $5 donation. These meditations give us permission to relax, find our still point and to do something for ourselves, something we very rarely allow.
